The enemies of Lightfoot crabs are moray ells and octopi.
When the crabs are getting to their food, the moray eels jump out of the water and slither over the land to catch them.
The octopi go in rock pools and hide, then jump out to catch them.

The Lightfoot crabs eat seaweed. The crabs don’t like the water and run though it or jump to get away from their enemies.
