The Mexican burrowing toad is nearly a wide as it is long. Its nose is cone shaped and its tongue goes straight out instead of flipping like other toads.
This toad lives in the ground and eats ants, termites and other small things.
The Mexican burrowing toad is black with orange spots and a stripe, but at night it is transparent!
